Vicki, you have made an incredible impact on my life during this past week at the Speakers Institute. Your warmth, genuine care, and exceptional work ethic truly stand out. Your high level of integrity and relentless dedication are nothing short of inspiring—you keep pushing forward until the job is done, no matter the hour or exhaustion.

If you want to develop your career and go from the counter to the boardroom you need to overcome the comfort of thinking small.

Did you know the work you do is responsible for 20% of your income. The other 80% is due to the right mindset.

But you’re probably thinking, “It’s easier said than done, right?

Surely, it takes hitting rock bottom or facing a crisis before you can overhaul your entire mindset—right?

My name is Vicki Tyler and I’ve mentored hundreds of women to develop their careers using my .045% leadership system.

My 20 year career included becoming the President of Flight Centre USA, starting a business consulting agency in Los Angeles and developing a multi-million dollar Real Estate Development Company.

I credit my success to a radical shift in mindset in my early 20s after two life threatening spinal injuries. I defied the doctors prognosis on both occassions.

In my case, that crisis came not once, but twice.

The first time I broke my back it wasn’t just physically devastating—I developed a paralysing fear of heights.

Determined to conquer it, I decided to kill or cure this new fear by jumping off a bridge with a bungee cord wrapped around my legs. It was an incredible rush that had me celebrating into the night with friends.

I went to bed with a huge smile. Then-I woke up-screaming in pain.

For the first time ever, I had sleepwalked—right out a second-story window.

That tumble broke my spine again. In that moment, I understood the fragility of life . It was time to go BIG

In recent years I asked AI to model the likelihood of someone surviving two life threatening back injuries.

The answer?
0.045%

I offer a proven leadership system built and tested to thrive in the most challenging of circumstances. Learn the mindset without the scar.

Learn the strategies that transcend industries and make you unstoppable.

Build a network of like-minded disruptors who are done playing small.

Create a new normal—one where female leaders thrive at every level.

Vicki’s teaching concepts will enable women to learn from each other, gain diverse perspectives, and add a new layer of insight to their leadership journeys. I have no doubt her program will transform the lives of many women and help them become the confident and capable leaders they aspire to be.

Heavy is the crown

We wont be talking about  struggles in a patriarchal system.

The problem is not “women”. It’s also not necessarily “men”. These are not coherent, one-dimensional groups.

It’s about developing the real world attributes and the emotional resilience of a successful leader.

The skills women need to develop are no different to those men need to develop – there’s nuances and different starting points, but we’re ultimately all wanting the same thing.

It all starts with working on what’s inside.

Whether it be a lack of confidence, a fear of failure or other peoples opinions, maintaining authenticity during self-promotion, impatience, resistance to new ideas, how to gain resilience or work with your emotions.

I assure you, I have been there. I help you learn through my mistakes and challenges.

I’ve learned through sharing stories and science, perspective can be taught.

It’s about becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable.

As a Business Consultant I have been fortunate enough to work with a lot of amazing women in business. It was during that time I saw first hand the coping mechanisms and opportunities for growth in leadership.

Imposter Syndrome and Self-Doubt

> They may feel unqualified or question their abilities in professional and leadership roles.
> Fear of failure or judgment can hinder them from stepping into their full potential.

Lack of Real-World Readiness

> Academic accomplishments don’t always translate to leadership preparedness.
> Gaps in soft skills, like communication, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure.

Fear of Networking and Self-Advocacy

> Difficulty building meaningful professional connections and asking for opportunities.
> Feeling unsure about how to present themselves authentically in competitive spaces.

Unclear Leadership Identity

> Uncertainty about what kind of leader they want to be or what leadership means to them.
> Balancing ambition with staying true to their values and purpose.

Financial Mindset

> Struggles with understanding their relationship with money—earning, managing, and leveraging it for success.

Pressure to "Have It All"

> Balancing personal life, professional aspirations, and societal expectations.

Emotional Resilience

> Difficulty navigating failure, rejection, or setbacks without feeling overwhelmed or disheartened.

Of course, that’s not to say that there aren’t external challenges to navigate.

Statistically speaking, many women who rise to the top levels of leadership—whether as a high-level manager or on the board of directors—often do so by operating within the existing structures, which have long been shaped by patriarchal norms.

There’s a massive difference between adapting to, rather than changing patriarchal systems and norms. We can’t let the old way of doing things hold us back. Integrity matters—and with today’s online visibility, it’s clear how people lead. We’re done with hush-hush deals and table-banging rhetoric.

Once we have mastered ourselves we can become the change agents ourselves. That’s what I help women do—unlock the leadership skills, mindset, and confidence to rise regardless of the industry or environment.

To give you an idea of how personal this opportunity is, I am limiting the number of positions available to ambitious women.

We are talking one on one mentorship time, scenario-based training and interactive challenges packed into 10 weeks.

Ladies, if it isn’t clear by now, what I am offering you is mentoring and teaching about the traits of great leadership – not great female leadership. Great leadership by anyone’s definition.

More About Me

I look forward to sharing more about my history with you but for now this will have to do!

I’m Vicki Tyler, a highly curious and motivated business leader with a passion for empowering young women to step confidently into leadership roles. My journey began with an unconventional five-year working holiday, where I backpacked around the world at just 18 years old. This adventure paved the way for my rise to become the President of Flight Centre USA. I then launched a consulting agency in Los Angeles, which eventually led to my own multi-million dollar real estate development company.

Now, I’ve dedicated my career to inspiring others to “GO BIG” and embrace their leadership potential while navigating life with resilience and optimism. Through my leadership programs, speaking engagements, workshops, and mentoring, I equip women who are looking for an edge with the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead boldly, especially in male-dominated industries.

Set Goals. Stay Flexible.

Have you ever set a goal, worked hard, and felt everything aligning—until it didn’t? In my early 30s, after Flight Centre’s most successful startup in Eastern Canada, I returned to New Zealand with one big goal: to position myself for the most significant career move of my life. I was “in the zone”—days were timeless, embracing challenges without fear was normal, my connections with people were heightened and a highlight.

Then came an unexpected fork in the road. My boss called me into his office and said, “Things aren’t going well in the USA. How would you feel about going up there and replacing [the president]?”

It was a triple hit of excitement, doubt, and a touch of imposter syndrome. This wasn’t the path I’d envisioned, but it was an incredible opportunity. In Sheryl Sandberg’s words, “If you’re offered a seat on a rocket ship, don’t ask what seat—just get on.”

He needed an answer within 24 hours, but I knew walking out of that room, my answer: Yes. Accepting that role changed everything. I didn’t just grow in my career—I met my husband, became a dual citizen, and gained a perspective that spans two extraordinary countries.
The moral? Set goals, but stay flexible. The unexpected forks in the road, can lead to outcomes far greater than you ever imagined.

Kind words

Mentorship has always been part of my life. This Accelerator Leadership Masterclass is just the latest and boldest example yet.

Part of leadership is giving back to your community. I was privileged to be the contest coordinator for the “Socks That Rock” charity initiative.

Are you the right fit?

Look, I get it, you’ve been to a few “women in leadership” seminars. You’ve read the books and got the T-shirt. The takeaways are always the same: Be more assertive, don’t be afraid to speak up, men are more likely to brag about their accomplishments, project a confident demeanor and the list goes on…

This isn’t that. I am offering you unlimited access to my time for 12 weeks. None of that sitting in an auditorium half listening to a motivational speaker offering motivational platitudes here.

Before we get ahead of ourselves I must warn you. This program isn’t for everyone. I am looking for 12 amazing women aged 22+ who are motivated to transform their life and career.

Having the right mix of attendees is essential because it will feel like being part of an exclusive club, a high performance team, where it’s OK to fail because you feel supported.

I wouldn’t be committing 12 weeks of my life to showing you everything I know UNLESS I knew you and the other 11 participants were ready to dive in head first and get the most out of our time together.
Remember it’s as if your life depends on it. That’s how it all started for me.

That’s why I don’t want your money today. All I am asking for is your contact details so I can send you an ‘Intention to Participate’ form.
