Campaign 195 asks one woman in leadership, from every country on earth, the same one question. "Why do capable women in leadership, still hesitate sometimes, to raise their hand, and speak up?" While freedom of speech for women may vary around the world, according to multiple studies, the hesitation to speak up, appears universal. DailyAI (Jan 2025) also reports that women represent just 12% of AI researchers worldwide. At the highest levels of leadership globally, the split remains stark: 90% male and 10% female. 195 responses will be analysed to reveal the patterns behind hesitation, clarifying what is structural, not personal. If the world is to truly benefit from diverse perspectives, this and the next generation of women must raise their hands, share ideas, ask hard questions, and challenge norms. Leading confidently begins with speaking up. Your involvement will embolden young women in particular, to speak up by learning through the perspectives of our global sisterhood.
