Campaign 195

Something is silencing capable women in leadership.

Not in some countries. Not in countries without free speech.

In every country on earth.

Campaign 195 exists to prove it—and to change it.

One woman. One leadership role. Every country on earth. Because when the data exists, the conversation at the UN table changes. And when that conversation changes, everything downstream changes—for our daughters, our organisations, and the leaders who don't yet know they're part of the problem.

This isn't about fixing women. Women aren't broken. This is about bringing change in the rooms they walk into.

Campaign 195 is the world's first grassroots research project asking one question to one woman in a paid leadership role in every country on earth.
The findings will be compiled into a global white paper and presented to the United Nations—to drive real change for girls and women worldwide, and to determine how best to bring men into this conversation.
Because the data doesn't exist yet. But it's being compiled daily.
195 countries. One question. One white paper. One conversation that changes everything.
